What You'll Do: Lead with Love: Be the heart and soul of the toddler room, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive. Play and Learn: Develop and deliver an exciting, play-based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy in every child. Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community. Inspire and Grow: Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their professional growth and development. Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies. Focus on a holistic education: Prepare children for their next big adventure — school! Implement activities and programs that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional resilience. What we need from you: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent. Proven experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting. A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
